Samsic welcomes people with disabilities
From its setting up, Samsic Group has introduced a social policy on human resources in denouncing all forms of discrimination.
In 2005, it decides to strengthen this commitment and signs a partnership agreement with AGEFIPH (Association for the Management of the Fund for the insertion of Disabled Workers).
In 2007, this commitment is extended to all jobs within the Group which is thus committed to count among its staff a minimum of 6% of people with disabilities.
For each recruitment, Samsic Group ensures the adequacy of the disability of the person and the proposed post to ensure service quality and security of person. Depending on the type of disability, we put in place post facilities or training.
